1. Legal Agreement and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Client”, or “Candidate”) and Christos Recruitment SRL.

By:

  • Accessing this website,

  • Submitting your personal data or CV, or

  • Engaging in any paid or unpaid services,

you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the website and services.

2. Scope of Services

Christos Recruitment SRL provides recruitment, candidate sourcing, and placement intermediation services between candidates and third-party employers.

We act solely as an intermediary and:

  • Do not employ candidates directly

  • Do not guarantee employment, job offers, or outcomes

  • Do not control employer decisions or hiring processes

3. Contract Formation

A binding contractual relationship is formed when:

  • The user explicitly accepts these Terms (including via checkbox or written confirmation), OR

  • The user proceeds with any paid service, OR

  • The user submits a CV or application through our platform

Electronic acceptance shall have the same legal value as a handwritten signature under applicable law.

4. Fees, Payments, and Financial Obligations

Certain services provided by Christos Recruitment SRL are subject to fees, including consultation, processing, or recruitment services.

  • All applicable fees are communicated clearly prior to engagement

  • Payment constitutes full acceptance of the service terms

  • The user is responsible for ensuring full understanding before making payment

5. Strict Non-Refundable Policy

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all payments made to Christos Recruitment SRL are final and non-refundable.

This applies in all situations, including but not limited to:

  • Failure to obtain employment

  • Withdrawal by the candidate or client

  • Rejection by employers

  • Visa refusal, delay, or cancellation

  • Changes in personal, financial, or legal circumstances

  • Force majeure events affecting the recruitment process

By making a payment, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are not entitled to any refund, and

  • This condition is a fundamental term of the agreement

6. Client Agreements and Binding Terms

Christos Recruitment SRL operates under formal agreements with its clients (employers and partners).

  • Services are delivered strictly in accordance with these agreements

  • Any specific conditions, including refund-related provisions, are communicated in advance

  • Once accepted, all such terms are final, binding, and enforceable

No verbal statements or informal communications shall override written agreements.

7. User Declarations and Warranties

By using our services, you declare that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

  • You understand the nature of recruitment intermediation services

You accept full responsibility for any consequences arising from false or misleading information.

8. Limitation and Exclusion of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Christos Recruitment SRL shall not be liable for:

  • Any hiring or rejection decisions made by employers

  • Employment terms, salaries, or working conditions

  • Actions, omissions, or representations of third-party employers

  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial damages

Total liability, if established, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service.

9. Force Majeure

Christos Recruitment SRL shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Government actions

  • Changes in immigration laws

  • Pandemics, war, or natural disasters

  • Labor market disruptions

10. Evidence and Record Keeping

The parties agree that:

  • Electronic records, emails, payment confirmations, and system logs
    shall constitute valid and admissible evidence in any legal proceedings.

11. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and applicable Romanian legislation.

12. Amendments

Christos Recruitment SRL reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Updated versions become effective upon publication on the website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Romania.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
